NO! This is a strict no from the venue. All vehicles must be off the venue's property by 11:30 pm. DJ stops at 11:00 pm. Shuttle busses are available to get back to hotels.

Yes, we are! The shuttle bus will be picking up and dropping off at three hotels in Hutchinson, MN. The hotels are Days Inn by Wyndham, AmericInn by Wyndham, and Cobblestone. The shuttle bus will pickup at Days Inn at 3:00 pm, Cobblestone at 3:10, and AmericInn at 3:15 to get to the 4:00 ceremony in time. Please be on time for the hotel you are at, as the bus can not wait. If the check-in times for hotels are around 3:00, please note it may be best to just get your vehicle parked in the hotel parking lot and be ready to hop on the bus, and check into your room at the end of the night after the wedding.

YES! We have rooms blocked off at two hotels. The hotels are Days Inn by Wyndham and AmericInn by Wyndham. Both of the hotels are in Hutchinson, MN. These two are the closest in the area from the venue. If rooms are yet available it's under "Kelsey Christen, Kevin Gapinski, or Gapinski Wedding" Deadline for booking a room is July 10th. Please book a room ASAP as it is first come first serve. Please check Cobblestone to find availability if the others are filled!

YES! Also, first come first serve, there are some campgrounds in the area. Masonic West River is the only campground I know about, and is in walkable distance to a hotel that the shuttle bus will be picking up from. Please look into others in the area if desired.

Ceremony starts at 4:00 pm followed by a social hour until the 5:30 pm meal.
